Yeah, I'm the dumb one. Let's analyse your reply, and assume it's accurate. (I'm not even going to waste any time on the way you've written & structured your reply other than to say that it's a clear indicator of no discernible professionalism or experience).

What you're saying is, you have the ability and know-how to run a SMM upvote panel - automation, mass upvotes - but you haven't, for whatever reason, automated via API the automatic refund of remaining order quantities as soon as the API detects the comment has been deleted?

Why haven't you done that? Come on, tell us. Make me look dumb and explain why orders aren't automatically cancelled. And the reasoning behind not implementing that basic functionality which would take less than an hour to integrate and which every single SMM panel I use (15+ have as standard). I'm waiting.

Then, once you've explained that, clarify the claim of how all the upvotes you deliver are "Manual" - at a rate of 5-20 upvotes a minute. Not withstanding you have list the maximum capacity per order as 1000 upvotes. So if I pay you $4 for 1000 upvotes, you're manually logging into 1000 accounts? Of course you aren't. That would mean even if you took 30 seconds per upvote, it would take you 500 minutes ( 8.5 hours LMAO).
