I want to scale Meta ads to bring in traffic for onlyfans. I'm curious if anyone can suggest ways around campaigns being flagged? I'm aware it's not the easiest content to promote and also even directing the traffic to Onlyfans needs a strong funnel.

The safest way is:

Ads Meta → Intermediate Page → OnlyFans

The intermediate page could be:

Personal landing page (bio page)

Blog / lifestyle site

“About me” page / creator page

Email opt-in (very good for scaling)

Thank you! So not a standard landing page like link.me, would need to be more discrete with the funnel?

It's been almost 1 year I scale my ad strategy, very powerful. Make an Instagram to mid the funnel

Never link directly to OF, use a clean landing page or bridge page first to stay safe.
Yeah I've been doing to landing page, seems to be working well so far

How is it going?

I use Meta for sending traffic to OF Models, been doing good so far despite being blocked on too many account.
Yeah it's working a lot better than I expected, been testing out a few different 'methods'

scaling up a few landing page ads atm. Not come across any blocked accounts yet, does it effect the IG account too when the ad account gets blocked?

Meta is very strict with adult-related content, so trying to “get around” flags usually ends badly. It’s safer to focus on compliant funnels — neutral landing page, no explicit creatives, and clear separation between ad content and final offer.
Also test different traffic sources. Sometimes paid ads aren’t the best channel for this niche. Long-term stability > short-term tricks.

best way is to use a clean bridge page or a "link in bio" like beacons to hide the of link from meta bots.

dont link of directly... use a clean bridge page or carrd with sfw lifestyle pics and run 'engagement' ads first to warm up the pixel or you will get clapped instantly.

Yeah I did engagement ads for first 4-5 days but now turned them off as hard to even track if it's doing anything in terms of a return aside from profile views. Now doing just landing page ads

I usually launched it like this: Facebook - Linktree - OnlyFans. And I made creatives that bypassed moderation, but even despite all this, the campaigns were still blocked because users complained about them.

Building on the clean bridge page idea, I've found that using a Carrd with a mix of SFW and mildly suggestive content works better than a completely SFW approach, as it still warms up the pixel without raising red flags. Tested this on a recent campaign, and the engagement ads got a 25% higher CTR when using this approach, before switching to landing page ads. Also, limiting the number of ad accounts to 2-3 per campaign helps reduce the risk of getting clapped, as Meta's algorithm is less likely to flag multiple accounts at once.

NEVER link directly to OnlyFans - always use a clean bridge or landing page first to stay safer.
A common flow is:
Meta ads → IG → bio link (with cloaking) → OF page.

The middle step can be a personal landing page, blog/lifestyle site, “about me” page, or even an email opt-in page, which is great for scaling later.

do you have paid subs or using a free trial link?

You also need to use cloaking in some way, in addition to the pre-landers you’re using.
I can also suggest methods for working with Meta Ads that will help you run creatives that wouldn’t be approved through a regular ad campaign launch.

Meta won't allow anything that hints at adult content, your only real play is a clean presell page with no explicit angles, more like a ( lifestyle/creator ) angle, then redirect from there.

My experience is cloaking is actually more likely to get you banned - Meta has this written clearly in their T's & C's. I used to use linktree but this halted my account's ability to be recommended to non-followers. Both supalink and linkme got my account status back to all green
