I want to share my experience with PlainProxies to warn others before purchasing.

I specifically purchased a non-expiring plan. However, the support team changed it to an expiring plan without my authorization. I did not request or approve this modification. Later, the plan expired, and the issue was not properly resolved.

On top of that, the proxy performance was extremely slow. I complained multiple times, but support kept insisting that the speed was “normal.” It clearly was not. The proxies were consistently underperforming.

Slow service is already a problem, but changing a customer’s plan so it expires without consent is unacceptable and feels dishonest.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend PlainProxies.

Has anyone else experienced something similar with them?

Support didn't offer a refund or anything?
When I contacted support and explained what had happened, they decided to block me and stopped responding to my messages.
