I won't share too many details about my specific businesses, but I will share my personal experience with AI in order to generate multiple income sources from completely different businesses/niches.

My main focus is to develop several income sources that do not require too much time. I just want something easy to be replicated in a daily basis, something to work 30 minutes per day, because it's just a bunch of templates and repetitive stuff that can be easily replaced by new data provided by AIs.

This way, it's easy to be consistent, you just need to invest 30 minutes per day or something like that, just copy and paste some stuff in pre-created templates, publish and repeat every day for a few months.

YOUTUBE
I'm currently using AI to create videos, but it's not what you think. I'm not using Veo3 or anything like that, I'm just using AI + Canva. I'm currently running 2 channels and I intend to create more channels in the near future, the niches are completely different, one about crypto, the other one is about geography, possibly a new one about health, I have some ideas.

The concept behind those channels is simple: you create a template. This is a fixed template, every single video is basically the same, comparing two things, same background, just change names and info. I use Canva to create my template, it's the heart of the channel. Then, I use the Bulk Create app on Canva, it allows me to connect data with a table (.csv) and, in minutes, it creates me several pages with updated info.

What about this info? The info is fully provided by Gemini (the AI I'm using for this project), it can do a deep research about any subject. I just need to determine the criteria to compare between two things in a niche. For example, if you are comparing two phones, you would compare their camera capabilities, RAM, battery life, processing speed, etc. Gemini can do a full research about two phones and then, create a full table to export to Canva. Each video could compare two different phone models. The template is done, it will automatically replace all the data and you could easily compare two different phone models or anything in any niche.

You can also create informative videos, top 10s, listicles, podcasts, Q&A, tier lists, anything is possible, you just need to create a template and think about a video style that allows you to easily replicate without editions. Just templates, there is no need for B rolls, sound effects, time consuming editions, nothing. About voiceover, I'm using InWorld AI, just copy and paste the script generated by Gemini - carefully prompted to avoid a robotic, repetitive and boring tone. To be fair, my video editions skills are very poor, I just add some transitions on Capcut. The end part of the video is exactly the same in every video. The intro screen is also basic, just change the audio.

There is an audience for this kind of video, I myself like to listen to some tier lists and top 10 videos while I'm cooking or walking, I don't care about design and sound effects, that's the audience you are looking for, and sooner or later, youtube will bring it for you, their algorithm is smart enough to, after a while, stop recommending your videos for people who have small attention span and need constant sound effects or overstimulation to keep watching anything.

I created my first Etsy store a few months ago, at the end of 2025. Since then, I managed to reach 50 sales, nothing huge, but good enough for a business model that demands me just 20-30 minutes per day creating new listings. The old listings just keep getting me passive income, they are automatically delivered because they are digital products.

For obvious reasons, I won't reveal my niche or details about it, it took me a while to find a replicable product that has some demand, but you can do some research (even using AIs). The idea is exactly the same as YouTube: create a template on Canva or another image editor of your preference, like Figma. You just need to create a template and replace all the info for every digital product.

Canva also allows me to generate several mockups, I just need to replace it in a few seconds and it will give me the same mockups for every product, not only photos, but one video per listing, which is also useful.

All the data in all my products is provided by Gemini. It gives me everything - the data for my product, the Etsy title optimized for SEO, the Etsy description, the tags, everything in a single answer, it already knows everything I need. Every day I just ask ''today, you can create a new one about...'' and it gives me everything I need in a single answer. Again, the answer includes all the data I need to copy and paste on Canva (for this one, I just copy and paste, I do not use Bulk Create, although it would be possible, it would allow me to generate multiple listings at once, but I prefer to be consistent and just create 1 listing per day).

If you are reading everything, you probably guessed it. There is no magic, it's just template again.

On Canva, I created some basic mockups on Canva and using Gemini, after a deep research, I identified a decent niche with lower competition in an alternative language, not English to avoid too much competition.

My job is to just create the designs using Gemini + Canva again. And like the other business models, it's just text. My designs are just sentences - small sentences or just 2-3 words. Gemini provides me with a decent list of sentences, I manually review and pick the best ones. Then, I create listings on local marketplaces in my country.

Mugs, shirts, blankets, you name it, it's not that hard to just copy and paste a sentence, apply a embroidery effect and create a decent mockup to use on marketplaces. Again, you can just use Gemini to generate all tags, description, title, everything 100% optimized for SEO purposes, even better if you can think outside of the box and create it on alternative languages to avoid major competition, as it is a tough business model with too many people competing for sales on Etsy (which I ignore for this one).

I have some other ideas to implement in the near future, but for now that's all. It won't make you millionaire, but those are some smart ways to use AIs to generate some decent income sources with lower efforts, just leveraging their research power and applying it to template designs - videos, images, documents, PDFs, anything you can imagine.

Anything that can be quickly replicated, just replacing the current information by a new one, can become a decent income source with basic consistency if you have ideas to generate solid products, services or entertainment.

Seems you've got everything figured out! Good luck in your journey. I'm definitely going to use this post as inspiration!

The YouTube idea, is particularly interesting to me. Do you know of any
existing channels that use a similar style?

for print on demand, do you have equipment to do the actual product or do you partner up with locals who does this and just mark it up?
