I am using chatgpt to generate images of music memorabilia for sales post however some cannot be created due to policy violations, any way around this or any other recommendations for an alternative?

Vibe code your own local python app and use API models from replicate or others, you can disable the "safety checker" this way.

I think Gemini is better than Chat for images.

Most of the main providers have guardrails which makes it difficult for certain types of content. You can either try to use things like Huggingface to use models that allow you, or if you have more tech understanding, you could either run your own local instance of an AI image generation model, you can also rent these on certain sites, or you can use API from providers like fal.ai

You could try Nano Banana Pro, I’ve had really good results with it for AI image generation. It’s more flexible in some cases and handles creative concepts better.

Also sometimes just rewording your prompt slightly makes a big difference instead of hitting policy blocks.

I’ve actually seen Nano Banana Pro mentioned in a few other places too. Sometimes a different tool really does make a difference. Thanks for the suggestion!

There are lots of AI tools for generating images like MidJourney, DALL·E, and Stable Diffusion. They let you create visuals from text prompts quickly.

DALL·E and Stable Diffusion are two AI tools I've just heard about; I'll try them.

Some images get blocked due to copyright or trademark rules, especially with real artists or branded memorabilia. There’s no safe workaround. Better to create generic inspired designs or custom mockups and avoid using copyrighted logos or artist likenesses.
Doesn't AI already prevent these copyright infringements itself? When creating content, it changes the logos to be similar or with a slight letter change.

Midjourney and Dall-e can do this job.
