I recommend browsing the Newbie section to familiarize yourself with BHW’s guidelines. It’s the best way to prevent warnings from simple oversights, as the management team has tightened rules to ensure a secure and clean community.Could you send me the links and rules?

I imagine the kind of paperwork, legal fees and whatnot to run an insurance firm in the UK...The best solution here is:
All VIP members registered on the exchange must verify, update their profiles, and pay insurance.
They must all pay insurance. This insurance ensures that in the event of fraud, the entire amount will be transferred to the victim.
When they stop using the service and no longer wish to participate in the forum,
the administrator will send a notification that the service has ceased operation. During that time, if no one files a lawsuit, their insurance money will be refunded.
This is the best solution; it couldn't be better.
Every problem has a solution.I imagine the kind of paperwork, legal fees and whatnot to run an insurance firm in the UK...
It would help battle the scammers who upgrade with Crypto, promote Cloaking and BH Ads services, use aged bhw accounts to scam, and so on.I imagine the kind of paperwork, legal fees and whatnot to run an insurance firm in the UK...
This is getting dangerously close to selling outside of the marketplace. In non-marketplace, non-HAF/WTB places, can I tell users to DM me and post the BHW link to my DM? ( https://www.blackhatworld.com/direct-messages/add?to=HarmonyHokage )
Say someone in the cloaker section is asking for help, can I tell the user to DM me and drop the BHW DM link in the post?
There's signature spaces and of course you can tell people in HAF/WTB threads to DM you. Or, you can DM them if you offer the services as long as you provide the link to the thread where they were requesting the service to show you're not cold DMing.I have a question suppose if someone is not having a thread, and he paid for JR .vip then if he want to sell something as a free lancer. Then, how will he DM thread with contact info? or how will he reply with thread in HAF and WTB .
Can you please clarify this?
And I am perplexed that if contact information is allowed in Opening post, signature etc, then why it is forbidden in the last post? The visitor or the buyer will get the contact information anyway. So I didn't get it. Kindly clarify this point.
One must have 15 posts to initiate a DM, but can receive and respond to DMs without the 15 posts.
Can I have more details? One must have 15 posts to initiate a DM, but can receive and respond to DMs without the 15 posts.
In a sales thread, they have the opportunity, or actually the requirement, to post an outside contact option in their original post. Can I have more details?
New account? They haven't posted enough content yet, so they've already paid the fee: $749 per year.
So, when they post sales ads, how do customers contact them?
According to Rule Section 3: 3.15 Restricting Contact Information
The new regulations also don't solve the problem. In a sales thread, they have the opportunity, or actually the requirement, to post an outside contact option in their original post.
The rules adjustment has been discussed by all the team leaders as well as the other staff members involved in community management. You should do more research.
I'm also looking to develop a service. The rules adjustment has been discussed by all the team leaders as well as the other staff members involved in community management.
The research behind it is legion, but we are open to ideas you may have.
One way to get people to trust your service is to offer reviews of your product or service.I'm also looking to develop a service.
I'm new, so how can they trust my service?
Except for VIP members, there's no guarantee they'll trust my service.
If the insurance issues are complex...
Have you considered opening intermediary service gateways?
Thank you, we will be developing the services this February. One way to get people to trust your service is to offer reviews of your product or service.
That's pretty common.
You can offer that in your sales thread, or when you are ready to upgrade and have your sales idea in place, open a thread https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/service-reviews-beta-testers-help-wanted.165/.
As to intermediary service gateways, in Marketplace 2.0 there will be some variation of that opportunity.
I don't think the Marketplace Team has a date for release just yet.Thank you, we will be developing the services this February.
Could I know when Marketplace 2.0 will be released?
I hope that date comes soon so I can use the service.
Hopefully Marketplace 2.0 will be a breakthrough in the overall development of features, interface, modes, etc.
In almost 10 years, I haven't seen any changes from your forum, except for the rules.
I'm waiting for it.

Once a sales thread has expired, we're removing everything from the opening post. By restricting outside contact info in subsequent posts, we will no longer have to deal with disputes where someone finds a sales thread from 5 years ago and decides to contact the seller's TG only to find out a scammer had been using it.
So it's a matter of retraining users to go to the opening thread in a sales thread. Or, sellers DMing users who express interest in their sales threads.
