Yes, whenever the traffic gets that specific it just takes time to deliver. That speed is about normal.

Yes you can choose how many visitors you get per day with worldwide traffic. Geo targeted traffic will deliver at it's own pace.

I'm not sure of any paid traffic from multiple referrers. Ours will just come from one.
