we have like 100 orders per day and our users are from the europe so we are looking to accept sepa instant payments and i wonder what online bank account to use?
Since im from africa i cant use Revolut and hopefuly u guys can share something similar

take a look on narvi, maybe it fits your needs, or you can also provide other payment options like paypal or crypto

With that volume, it’s best to use a fully regulated payment provider that officially supports SEPA Instant and accepts non-EU business owners.

Make sure everything matches your legal business structure and avoid workarounds around residency limits that often leads to frozen accounts.

Get 4 other bank accounts from other providers. Never rely on just one

Its hard to get a visa etc but our products range from 100 euros to 1k euros

You don't need to travel just to incorporate a company. Everything is done remotely, online. Do some research on google and Youtube, you'll find the answers. For starters, google estonia e-residency.

Airwallex is probably your best bet here. They specifically support non-EU/UK founders accepting SEPA payments and have solid infrastructure for Europe. Applications take a bit longer but they work.

Stripe Atlas is another option but you would need to set up a US LLC first which costs around $500 upfront plus annual fees. Once you have that entity though, Stripe just works everywhere.

Payoneer has a business account that can receive SEPA transfers. Not as clean as a real account but functional for 100 orders per day.

Wise Business is worth trying too. They have been expanding country coverage and some African countries now qualify. Check their current list directly.

One thing to avoid is trying to work around Revolut or similar with a nominee service or friend's account. They do KYB checks and it will get frozen eventually, usually at the worst moment.

If you are planning to scale properly, Airwallex or just registering an EU company (Bulgaria or Estonia are cheap and can be done remotely) will save you a lot of headaches long term.

What type of products are you selling? That might affect which processor makes the most sense for chargebacks and dispute handling.
