Looks like a scam page no product nothing, there are lot of scams running on various ads platforms.

That's a checkout page screenshot; we can't even know which offer this is, let alone find its direct advertiser.

Also, it's almost impossible to reach out to direct advertisers of CC submit offers.

it is ils media checkout v4 at least it was till christmas i worked with it. then they stopped pushing the 2€

No it's not bro. ILS media has inputs for the address... there are other cc submits advertisers like this not just ILS media including the one in the screenshot.
So if you know any other one please share.

Нет, это не так, брат. У ILS Media есть поля для ввода адреса... есть и другие рекламодатели, которые отправляют подобные данные через CC, не только ILS Media, включая того, что на скриншоте.
Поэтому, если вы знаете еще какие-нибудь, пожалуйста, поделитесь.
