- content history

You can purchase if it's an aged domain in a specific niche you're interested in (and a recognisable brand). If it's a random domain you thought to buy because of backlinks, then it's not worth it.
In any case, it's better to investigate if the domain was abused in the past.

I don't know, man. Personally, I like the backlinks to RDs ratio (almost 2:1) and the DF vs NF ratio too... those could be good backlinks, and if the anchors are clean and there's no content spam to this domain (and if the price is right too, of course) I would definitely buy this domain, I've purchased worse domains than this before
Also, I don't trust Ahrefs' DR rating anymore, it's been pretty hit and miss sometimes...

I personally look at 2 things:I don't know, man. Personally, I like the backlinks to RDs ratio (almost 2:1) and the DF vs NF ratio too... those could be good backlinks, and if the anchors are clean and there's no content spam to this domain (and if the price is right too, of course) I would definitely buy this domain, I've purchased worse domains than this before
Also, I don't trust Ahrefs' DR rating anymore, it's been pretty hit and miss sometimes...
1. Domain not abused in the past - this supercedes everything else. I avoid abused domains like plague regardless of their backlink profile or price.
2. Backlinks that are difficult to acquire - if there is a science domain with backlink from NASA, medical domain with backlink from WHO, content site with high quality references from popular news sites, etc., then I'll show bias towards it.
If the domain is clean and has good backlink profile but I can replicate almost all of those links, then I'll look down upon it. I'll probably undervalue it in comparison to others.
On a side note, I also don't bother about 3rd party metrics. In most cases, I personally visit sites giving backlinks to see things like if they exist, if it's contextual backlink, article quality, anchors, etc. A lot of spam sites disappear, so I don't go by numbers.

You can purchase it, but no one can determine the real quality of a site based only on those metrics.
You need to check the site’s niche relevance, analyze its backlink profile, and decide whether those links justify the price you’re planning to pay for the domain.
With 65 backlinks and a DR of 1.1, I personally wouldn’t even consider it. It looks far too weak. The risks outweigh the potential upside.
It’s also noticeable that the domain name ends with the word “film” - domains like that are often abandoned due to penalties or past issues.
I wouldn’t buy it. At best, if there were a few strong backlinks, it might be considered for a PBN. But judging by the DR, there likely aren’t any high-quality links there.

I remember at one point it was almost the standard after SEMRush's system because increasingly unstable.
