Who Else Still Talks to Their Plants?

I know it sounds silly, but sometimes I just stand there and tell my plants how my day went. They never complain and always look happy. Does anyone else do this, or am I the only weird one?

Everyone needs someone with whom they feel safe and they want to share their life with that person , it is all about what makes you feel relaxed as a person , most humans want to have the simple things being happening for them actually

Haha, maybe she was in “plant mode” too… just quietly existing and not responding

Try watering her with a coffee or snack first, then tell the story again. Sometimes the response loads after that.

I also try to do the same. Wife is a great motivator to our life.

True, a good wife can really be a big motivation in life. Sometimes just having someone beside you pushing you to do better makes a huge difference. Respect to that.

Very true. At the end of the day, most people just want peace, someone they trust, and a simple life they can share with the right person. Sometimes the simple things are what matter the most.

Haha, that’s true. Sometimes just talking out loud helps clear the mind, even if the plants are the only ones listening. At least they keep the conversation peaceful.

That’s a good way to put it. Pets give you reactions, but flowers… they just quietly help you think and relax.

My mom is really good with orchids, she said the more you pamper them the more likely they will die. But if you kind of neglect them, they will flourish....weirdos
