making posts viral using seemingly ONLY Popunder traffic. What am I missing?

Hey guys,

I've been monitoring a platorm that is successfully making Reddit posts viral. The crazy part is they seem to be doing it using exclusively raw popunder traffic, with no obvious upvote/comment botting involved.

I'm trying to replicate this strategy, but I'm hitting a wall. Here is my current setup:

• Traffic Source: RichAds Popunder (Premium traffic only).
• Targeting: Geo-targeted strictly to the subreddit's primary audience language/country + Frequency capping enabled.
• Routing & Cloaking: Bemob -> Aged Domain -> Referrer Spoofing -> Direct to the Reddit Post.

Despite sending high volumes of geo-matched traffic and hiding the RichAds referrer, my posts don't get any algorithmic traction and sometimes end up shadowbanned.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on what I might be missing

I think you are caught to anti-spam and inauthentic-behavior detection systems of reddit. Your constant Popunder traffic is the red flag here. And you also mentioned that your post is not getting any natural traffic and any upvotes or interection. So that is also a bad move.

Yes I know that having no interaction isn't ideal but I tried a service that already works with only page visits, I'm trying to do something similar

Do you think it would work if I set up something like this:
1. Popunder campaign to my server
2. Filter traffic with Cloudflare Bot Fight Mode
3. Redirect to t.co open links (with multiple accounts) that point to the final reddit post

Honestly, forcing traffic with popunders and cloaking usually triggers Reddit’s filters, so real engagement signals like organic clicks, comments, and upvotes matter more than just pushing raw traffic.

I just realized my post might be a bit misleading, my goal is to make the post pop up in the ranks of Google Search, I don't really care about reddit internal ranking so perhaps I can still reach that goal only with page visits? I mean, the other tool I used does it so it should be possible but I don't understand how

You're probably missing something. Your competitor is either sending traffic from multiple sources or has higher user retention. You should dig a little deeper to fully understand their strategy.
