[JOURNEY] Making $10 000+ p/m on a single OnlyFans account with AI + IG phone automation

Hello everyone, in short, I’ve been in the adult business for about 3+ years now and I currently run an OnlyFans modelling agency as my secondary project. I’ve been working with automation for years already. Some projects have made me hundreds of thousands while others have wasted hundreds of hours, but you know, we always keep on moving.

The main goal for this journey will be to use AI and IG phone automation for managing hundreds of accounts. The initial part will focus on running only ~ 10-20 accounts until i have cracked the most optimal workflow.

These are my observations so far while doing manual uploads
1) Android phones get flagged more frequently. Accounts registered on the same Android you run the automation on get inconsistent results (get constantly banned or just shit views).
2) AI creators frequently get flagged by IG, whenever I start seeing some results: the account gets either a) selfie verification request or b) ID verification request. Unless you get a way around this – the AI content will keep on getting flagged by IG.
3) General spoofing doesn’t work. You’ll never get above 1k views if you take one video and make 100 versions of it by flipping it, adjusting temperature, saturation, etc.
4) Filtering content is important. Publishing nudity-heavy videos will get your account banned fast unless you go for it (flashing trends).
5) 8-10 second videos are the sweet spot.
6) If you are using AI for creating videos – have your database with creators. Having some examples greatly reduces the time and effort you need to put in for getting decent results.

My current set-up:
- Access to an iPhone mobile farm
- Self-hosted private mobile proxies
- 6k AI credits from Kling and Nano Banana Pro
- 10k+ OF reference accounts (500+ videos already filtered)
- Software for batch content processing

Goals for this journey:
- Get 10 000 000 million impressions daily.
- Have autonomous workflow for content generation.
- Manage 100 IG accounts simultaneously.
- Maintain MAX 5% account ban-rate per week.
- Have MAX $1k weekly spend in marketing and operational costs.

If I focus on these the money will follow.

I don't interact with the followers/viewers in the comment section. For flashing trends the biggest problem is link diversity and publishing it when one of the videos blow up. I have 100+ free beacons accounts/links saved for if this would happen. However, I don't like doing flashing trends in general as this attract low quality fans.

Thanks, I only very recently started the monetization process. It's a bit slow start but I will ramp up in no-time. Unfortunately, that's just how IG is, the start is slow but growth is rapid once a video or two take off.

Not really sure what do you mean by this but i try to avoid doing flashing trends in general. Sure, they are good for short-term gains but in most cases they are bunch of freeloaders not looking to get anything.

I have a dashboard where I have all of the phones connected. Account performance checking is done via an api (see screenshot).

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:

- Registering.
Each of the accounts is registered on an iphone with a phone number (daisysms) and an email (icloud). I don't post any photos right away, link, bio, etc. as this is done later. First, needed to see if the account would get banned without performing any activities. I only scrolled around for 10-20 mins.

Why im running on iPhones instead of Androids?

Based on my experience iphones have far higher trust scores in comparison to when I was posting from Androids. My basic math was something like this - for every 1 viral account on iphone I would need like 4-5 on Android.

On Androids my posts would constantly get stuck on 300-1k views while on iphones they would reach a 2k+ margin faster. Moreover, to get higher views on my reels while posting on Androids, I’d need to do extra actions such as liking and following/unfollowing other users. This took too much extra time for me to find and manage all the data between the accounts. The less activities the better.

I run my own iphone farm via macmini.

For proxies I use an app on my androids + local sims. It’s far cheaper to have my own than to rent some in the long-run, especially since I can cancel the subscription whenever I want.

- Warm-up

2nd day – scroll feed for 10-20mins
5th day – set your avatar, bio, scroll the feed for 10-20mins
6th day – set your link
7th day – start posting, do only 1 reel or 1 post per day, increase to max 3 per day

CONTENT MANAGEMENT

Im running compilation type videos. This means that some parts of my videos are generated by AI while others are filmed and prepared by the model (or a mixture of both).

Here are some practical examples:

- Reaction type videos: the model has milk or some other liquid in her mouth. The video is just a compilation of AI generated videos that are attention grabbing.

The model has prepared me a folder with 50 videos 30-1min long with different reactions. I have set timing as to when she makes her reaction (e.g. 0:40). At that moment I have the AI video displaying something that would get her reaction.

Why this works – not fully AI, IG is far less likely to suspend my account and selfie verify me. The reaction videos can be compiled in 100’s of ways.

These can be niched however as long as the main target audience is male dominant… American football, construction fails, drifting videos, social skits etc.

For these im using Higgsfield Kling 2.6. and Seedance 1.5 pro models. To prepare prompts for Kling and Seedance I use ChatGPT. If im running specific scenarios I also use Nano Banana Pro to generate the start and end frame.

Why im not running my own local AI set-up with ComfyUI and trained Loras?

It’s simple – can’t do this myself as it’s very time consuming.

- Motion Control.

Sometimes I feed the account a video or two of the model dancing in motion control – I use one video of a model dancing in motion then I apply the character photo of my model. If the dancing/motion video is good – I use it with several other character/model photos for other accounts.

Don’t forget to apply some slight blur and texture realism. The best AI is the one your fans don’t notice.

For these im using Higgsfield Kling Motion Control model.

- Faceswap.

This still works but don’t expect your account to live for long. Especially if you are not doing any spoofing and taking all of the source videos from the same creator.

Minimum spoofing suggestion: speed increase decrease at 2-6% rate, adjust temperature and add different transition effects at the start of the video. Have a base of at least 5 creators.

Personally, I don’t do this anymore as reports from the original creators are too difficult to deal with and whenever the page takes off it just gets fucked at that point.

Though, I’d suggest this as a promo way for a model who wants to remain anonymous. Instead of running a faceless page run one where you have swapped your model’s face with someone else (or of a person who doesn’t exist for that matter) in post-production.


- Content processing and uploading

Im compiling the videos with a custom script (ffmpeg, ffprobe, imagemagick). For each of the previously mentioned ‘formats’ I have prepared folders with time cues (when the model should spill the milk or whatever). In each of the folders I have around 50 videos (except for the one where I have the videos the model reacts to, here I have 100+).

Then I pick up the videos to upload on my dashboard.

I upload 3 times per day.


DATA ACQUISITION

I have a simple API scraper that collects data about the IG accounts I have given to it. Since the scale is moderate Im not getting rate limited. I then use a UI to put all the data (view and follower increase) in a visible format.


FUNNEL MANAGEMENT

The funnel is simple – a free trial beacons link in bio. I try to avoid DM converting with Cupid as this takes up quite a lot of time and effort when setting up. Moreover, the conversion rate difference isn’t that significant. The only significant value I see for using cupid is lead warm-up which I could be using for different format videos.

iPhone = higher trust score, videos are more likely to blow up earlier than later, more difficult to automate content is key. I manage them from my dashboard.

Android = easier to automate, can run on a bigger scale but less likely to blow up with videos. I'd use androids for mass actions instead whenever IAM would have ban-wave.

i use macmini's for controlling them. One macmini and one iphone can handle 10's of accounts easily since you are not required to do that much 'user activity' for convincing IG that your account is real. My main advantage here is that I dont need to do mass actions on the account (e.g. push 50likes and 20follows/10unfollows daily) to get a boost on my videos as I would need with Android. With iPhones the algorithm is on my side (sort of).

Thanks everyone for checking in, here are some updates. Was changing and optimizing some things with uploading process.

The good news:

• The progress is steady and majority of the accounts are getting more followers and views, only a couple of accounts have been stuck on views.
• It seems that my AI videos are passing the IG risk control, though since they are less risky the progress is also far slower.

The bad news:

• One account got suspended, I appealed but no idea what will be the result.
• I had to halt my uploading schedule for 2 days since I was changing and tweaking some things on the uploading part.

The mixed news:

• Even though the increase in $ in comparison to modest growth in followers is visible, most of it came from a single sub that ordered a custom from the model (clear example that not always it’s about traffic).
• The response rate somehow is quite low, most subs get on my page and don’t even respond to my delayed welcome message (which was sent like 2 minutes after they subbed).

Despite all of this, we are making good progress. I expect to add more accounts to the pool.

Day 6, i don't get my account restricted since im putting a beacons link which is made for each account individually. On Beacons whenever someone tries to access OF link they get a warning for 18+ content.
