we're at pace to do 1.2M this year, and add rebills which would bring in a good portion of monthly revenue
if this were a whitehat store, 2mil+ on the exit would sound reasonable on any of the top auction sites

but where do you usually go about whilst finding buyers for a blackhat brand, can you list them on flippa n stuff?

Flippa won't list BH.
Private deals only, BHW marketplace, TG groups, Twitter DMs. 1-1.5x net is realistic, don't expect WH multiples.

where do you think private deals have highest chance of taking place? Twitter seems valid, is BHW valid for ecom?
1-1.5x of yearly profit sounds valid? or is it usually monthly

wb BH multiples for rebill list, for whitehat it can go as high as 8x but obv I'm not expecting that here

I completely agree with Xen0v that private deals are the way to go for blackhat brands, and Twitter DMs can be a good starting point. However, I've also had success with private Discord servers and closed Facebook groups, where you can connect with potential buyers who are already interested in similar niches. Regarding valuation, 1-1.5x net profit seems like a reasonable range, but it really depends on the specific brand, revenue stability, and growth potential. For rebill lists, I've seen multiples ranging from 2-5x monthly net profit, but again, this can vary greatly depending on the niche and list quality. Have you considered reaching out to other experienced sellers on BHW or other private forums to get a better sense of the market demand and valuation for your specific brand?

haven't taken any steps towards actually finding a price tag, moreso was a thought which I was wondering was possible to be brought into fruition or not

net profit per month or per annum? that changes things

probably would have to scheme up on underground forums and some twitters, but definitely can be a good lane for someone to take over, as we run effectively zero ads and have generated 90% profit through organic only
