I have a very old account, I created it about 3 years ago, but it only had 1 video on it. Today I decided to upload videos to it and it was going well, I uploaded 6 videos and they were getting some views, but the seventh video got stuck at 0 views. Could I have been shadow banned? What do I have to do to get my account back and what are the recommended daily video posting limits?

my account is shadowbanned? can i recover? should I start all over with another acc?

You should only post 1–3 videos per day on TikTok. Posting too many can cause issues with your account. Keep posting and observe how it performs.

Yeah definitely possible. I'm working a lot with Tiktok and that happens a lot for old accounts that become active again

It's definitely a shadow ban. Usually, you need to wait a day, try posting again after a day, and if you still get zero views, wait another seven days. But I would recommend just changing your account.

You have to keep posting and see if its still shadow banned. I wouldn't recommend posting 6 posts per day while trying to get it unbanned. I also wouln't recommend posting all at once. I would post for a few days max. If it doesnt get better I would just try a new account.

test 2 to 3 videos per day, maybe 1 hour apart.

you should start with the new account or probably keep posting tell you get views

thank you guys
I started all over in another account and now getting views again
but I am posting slower now

Aggressive posting after being inactive for a long time would make your account seems suspicious. You can lower the tendency to only 1-2 videos everyday

It’s usually not a “shadow ban.” When an old inactive account suddenly posts multiple videos in one day, the system can slow distribution for review. The 0 views often means it hasn’t entered wider testing yet.
I’d slow down posting (1–2 per day), keep content original, and stay consistent for a week or two. Avoid deleting/reuploading too fast. If there’s no violation in Account Status, it’s likely just algorithm pacing, not a ban.

you posted too much too fast for an old inactive account. tiktok thinks your a bot. stop posting for 48 hours and then do 1-2 videos a day. dont delete the 0 view video, just wait.

Just keep posting, one 0 view video won't determine if your account is shadowbanned or not. It's very normal for tiktok to push views on a 2-week-old videos.

Most likely just normal review or slow indexing, happens when you post a bunch at once after being inactive for years, platforms limit reach till they verify activity looks real.

Not necessarily a shadow ban.

Posting 6 videos at once on an inactive account can lower trust.

Wait 24–48h, don’t delete yet.
Then post 1–2 videos per day max.
Consistency > spam.

Sounds like maybe shadow ban man, take a day or two break, clear app cache, post 1‑3 vids daily at first, keep content normal and follow rule.

Posting 6 videos in one day on a relatively inactive account can sometimes limit distribution temporarily. Try slowing down to 1–3 posts per day, space them out, and monitor performance over the next few days.

Not every video will get views; it's not about the account.
TikTok really prioritizes content in each video (especially the first 3 seconds).

You should have published just 1-2 videos in a day.
Posting 6-7 videos in a day after 3 years of inactivity may raise some red flags
