- After the token expires, if it’s an IMAP account and the account is still alive, you can connect via IMAP using the email + password (IMAP server: imap.zmailservice.com).

In general, receiving only (not sending) can help accounts last longer. However, Microsoft’s risk controls are also affected by IP and network environment, so the actual lifespan can vary depending on your usage.

2) Graph API vs IMAP/SMTP — any advantages?
Graph is a newer way to receive emails.

- Pros: Email fetching is usually faster.
- Cons: Stricter IP checks and higher sensitivity.
