Exposing OnlyFans Management (OFM), Ask Me Anything

What do you do for traffic?

I've been following this thread and I'm curious to know more about your OFM strategy. For traffic, do you rely on social media promotion, paid advertising, or a combination of both? I've heard that building an email list can be beneficial for creators, have you explored this option? What's been your most effective method for driving traffic to your OnlyFans page so far? I'm looking to optimize my own traffic generation and would love to hear your insights.
Dating apps/Tinder. Email lists are best for affiliate

Do you hire people for this or use bots? also do you have your own email list or scrape/buy them?
Both. Depends on situation. I have been doing this for awhile. For most just do yourself when starting out. Until you can make at least a few thousand net per month. Bots no, my own python scripts yes

Email lists I grow myself

Affiliate Tip: Do everything yourself. I learned the hard way. Most things like that are a scam. It's people from 2nd or 3rd tier countries selling "services". Never high quality

Curious about the model side of things - what's your typical revenue split and how long do models usually stick around before either going solo or burning out?

Most agency talk focuses on traffic and chatting but the talent retention piece seems like the real bottleneck at scale.

Revenue Split depends on a few factors. If model already had a large OF account, then 50/50. No need to over complicate. 80/20 us for everyone else. If you can't figure out how to spin that then this business isn't for you. Bonus tip, work for free. Be honest. Say you will get the model traffic for free, in return will work together and split net profit. Get 5 subscribers, or traffic to a specific platform. It depends on the model for that. Hard to drive subs to a models page for free when the subscription cost is $20 for no reason. You probably wont succeed in getting them to drop their price usually. They think they know everything. So find one with a reasonable subscription price, get a bit of traffic. Doesn't have to be crazy. You can try to tell them "if they lower their subscription price to "x" then you can get them traffic. Their price is too high".

With this, even if you don't know what you are doing, you will begin to gain experience. If you don't get them traffic they lost nothing. That specific model just wont work with you again. Move on

Most "models" are flaky. This is the business. They are lazy. I believe I have covered this in detail in other threads of mine before. My advice is to hire slow. fire fast. About a month you will see if they are good for you or not. I can tell within a week and drop them. Even sooner. Never be desperate.

That said, it may be in your favor to try working with models in real life. Online will lead to a lot of models trying to take advantage of you. Be more lazy, etc.

You are correct, this is the true bottle neck. Most "gurus" forget to mention this. Because they don't actually have the models, or experience to ponder that perspective. Again, never be desperate. Hire slow, fire fast.

Most of this is true. How do you close with models at 80/20? It seems impossible to negotiate that.

In my experience, 30% is the minimum they accept.
Or salary.

I can back it up. You and most can’t. If you think you can negotiate 80/20 but are just starting out, you shouldn’t try to be in this business.

Exactly why I gave the “free” path. It’s all true not most

how and why did you get into OF management? i agree with the quote "sex sells", so i'm guessing u have made quite a pretty penny while being in this industry, correct?

What's your take on AI OFM ?
I'm considering going into it.
I did a bit of OFM few years ago but I gave up after figurig out I hadn't the skills to manage a model remotely.
AI is a game changer on that issue.
Thanks

not worth it. People who say you can make good money are selling shovels. Doesn’t compare to OnlyFans. I covered in more detail in another post of mine I believe

what's your strategy for finding big models? that's the hardest part for us, we found some models but they always had some kind of red flag (shadowban insta, bad audience etc...)
What kind of first message and approach in the dms ? We tried to stand out in dms with very clean outreach accounts during 3 months but results are so low even with that.

You’re thinking about it incorrectly. I have multiple avenues for finding models. There are many more. Depends on your situation

Cold out each for any business takes a lot of messaging. Thousands before a solid result

If I were you, I’d reach out to people you may know. These people will trust you more. Time spent is time spent. We only have so much time. You’d be better off putting same energy into this for a while. The trust factor does a lot of heavy lifting. If you can’t talk to potential models in real life, then I suggest you give up on this business

What's the LTV per customer in tier1 geos?

Do you only get rs for the subscriptions or the tipping too?

Do theybtry to cheat you, as in haircut?

Do they give you special sign up packets to distribute?

Thanks.
I tried to find such post but only found this "
I see you use local models what about Ai models. Did you try this?
Correct. I did look into it last year, but didn't think people would buy content.

I made some wild pictures, but since we can't make good videos to match, I figured it's not worth it.

I know to sell would be on Fanvue.

Do you use AI "models"?"

When did you start and could you please give me some tips I also want to start this.
I mainly used reddit for making money and now all my accs got banned.
