How do you keep your bh campaign active to aoptmize it because it gets banned fast, for me. How is it possible to optmize? Optimize is for long term , but me I get banned fast. I make leads but not enought time to optimize

A BH campaign that's well cloaked can stay live and be optimized but yeah you need to cloak it in such a way that it won't get detected, for t hat you need a good cloaker. And then optimizing it is done by checking the metrics, data and seeing how you could improve stuff, retargeting, etc

just puting a bh ads without being cloaked is a recipe for disaster and ban. Don't do that! When the ad get approved a bot will inspect the website so you need to go around this rule and let the ad be aproved with withe hat content then you can do bh once the ad is aproved

Google is damn sensitive with changes so yes we don't touch the campaign when it's approved. actually you have no way to optimize it as takes 4-5 days to learn etc.

I don't keep my BH campaigns alive for more than 4 days or a week. This is not an optimization game; there's no time for that. It's a numbers game: your success will be proportional to the number of accounts you deal with, more than to your optimization capabilities.
