How to monetize a 5M verified database of marketers, biz opps, agency owners, business owners?

This took me quite a while but I managed to extract and organize a database of past, current and trialing users of a popular whitelabel CRM software. The lists have Full name, email addresses, phone numbers and location. I'm not sure what to do with list tho. Sitting on gold, but not sure how to monetize.

I'm super new to BHW. Signed up after someone told me to post about this here to get some pointers.

Was this database extracted legally?

If yes, setting up a competing product and cold emailing them offering as many as 3 months in trial and upgrade benefits (imaginary) would be an excellent way to proceed

I'd say grey. The data was publicly accessible, but they shut it off once they realized it. I was the only only one that came across it prolly. I'm not exactly sure about the legalities around this.

Then this data is ripe for a competing product. Don't spam, cold email.

Are these users (everyone who uses the product including employees etc.) or just people who signed up/admins/decision makers for the firm?

If the latter, then your end goal should be to create a superior product, taking into account everything that the former product doesn't offer and then cold outreach the shit out of these contacts.

If it's the former, your list loses a lot of value.
