only to use accounts in anti detect browser + resi proxy + good cookie (basically go to all possible pages, browse + doomscroll sites for a week or so) + good aged email is a thing + real good sim of same country = then you 95% good, FB or any other platform should think you are real real acc, not a pinky-winky from teletubies

@vincentbarber01 you cant "press a button" to fix a disabled ads account if FB already nuked it - first you still try the appeal inside Account Quality / Business Support Home if its available, sometimes its just ID + payment verify, sometimes its dead

for the step by step warmup part - spin up anti detect profile, add resi proxy same country as the sim, log in + dont touch ads manager day 1-2, just normal human stuff (feed, watch vids, join 1-2 groups, like + comment a bit), add phone number, add 2FA, add real payment but dont launch ads yet, wait 5-7 days before creating BM/adding card/first campaign - most people get flagged because they go login -> add card -> run ads in 10 min, thats insta bot pattern

Yeah, this happens more than people think.

A lot of the time it’s not that you suddenly did something “wrong.” Meta’s system is heavily automated and sometimes accounts get caught in risk sweeps or false positives.

Did you recently increase spend, change your landing page, switch payment methods, or edit ad copy? Even small changes can trigger a deeper review. Sometimes it’s not even the adsit can be payment flags, domain history, or something tied to the BM.

Best move is to appeal calmly and keep it short. Don’t over-explain. Just say you believe it’s a mistake and you’re happy to comply with policies.

Check account quality and request review, sometimes it’s just a bot glitch. if not, chat with meta support to escalate for manual review.

Yeah happens alot man, submit review fast, pause risky edits, run backup account so traffic not fully dead.

Well, you know man, this has been happening a lot lately especially with accounts that are spending consistently and then out of nowhere it gets hit with that automated risk review. Most of the time it’s not even a real policy issue, it’s more like a BM trust flag or some payment/risk signal in the system. And then when you go through the standard appeal, it just throws you into the automated queue yk, that’s exactly where all the momentum mainly dies but its usually recoverable tho it would only cost you a little networking and money.

Yeah FB does random disables sometimes, just submit appeal fast with clean docs and don’t change stuff too much while waiting.

All ad platforms like Google, Facebook, and TikTok have the same issue - sometimes they make mistakes, ban our account with no reason and we have to deal with it. You should always prepare a backup account in case you need it.
