Google is giving more value to old trusted websites. Does this mean websites with age 10 years or above can get much more than 30x monthly profit revenue when we are looking to sell them ?

No, it's not the case. Old sites that stick to a niche work better than churn and burn projects. New sites with high topical authority are equally ranking. So, domain age doesn't have much weightage.

Nice try. a 10 year old website that makes $0 is still really only worth about $0. A 1 year website that makes 100k (or for that matter just $1 lol), is worth more than a 10 year old website with no revenue.

I think it depends. If the website traffic is growing with the passage of time and is not badly affected by Google updates, it has more value than a website which has no authority in eyes of Google.

No.

Age helps with trust, but it doesn’t guarantee 30x. Buyers care more about steady profit, traffic, and future growth than just how old the site is.

SEO and trustworthiness are frequently better for older, trusted websites, but how much money they may make depends on traffic, niche, and how they make money. Keep your material good quality, your traffic steady, and your interaction high. These things usually make your site worth more than just its age.

Yes, older and trusted websites usually get more value because buyers see them as safer and more stable. But age alone is not enough. Traffic, earnings, niche, and growth also matter a lot when deciding the selling price.

If a site has maintained rankings for 10 years, it is obvious that the earning growth would also be good.

Age alone doesn’t justify a higher multiple. What buyers usually pay for is stability, diversified traffic sources, clean link history, and consistent revenue trends. An older domain can signal trust, but if earnings are volatile or overly dependent on one channel, the multiple won’t magically jump.

In most cases, predictable growth and low risk matter more than the number of years the site has existed.

Website age is a major trust signal, and buyers often pay more for a proven track record. A site with 10 years of consistent, penalty-free performance can command a premium above the typical 30x multiple. Consider whether revenue has been steady over the years or is just a recent surge.

Yes . if that site is earning like $1k for 10 years, then it can be a reliable passive income source. On the situation, it can have more price than a 1 year old site

Not all the time. While age fosters trust, a domain's 30x+ valuation is more dependent on consistent revenue, high-quality traffic, niche demand, and a spotless SEO background than it is on a domain established for more than ten years.
