Additionally, no deal or transaction was ever initiated through BHW.
If there had been any legitimate deal, it would have been conducted through BHW messages or threads.
Instead, the complainant only used BHW to post an accusation, not to show any agreed deal, terms, or payment request.

Just because people contact you through BHW does not mean you can scam them. I am not a new member of the forum; I handle all my work here through freelancers.

There was no agreement, no confirmed service, and no payment request from my side on February 2 or February 3. I never asked the complainant for payment and never received any funds.
I also did not ask for admin access in exchange for any work. Being added as an admin does not mean a deal existed, and no service was ever agreed upon.
Regarding deleted messages: Telegram allows either side to delete messages. A screen recording alone cannot show who deleted what, and I did not intentionally delete messages to hide anything.
I never shared a crypto address, never confirmed ownership of any address, and never asked for payment.
I am not trying to avoid responsibility. I am simply asking that this be reviewed based on clear messages, timelines, and verifiable evidence. I am fully willing to cooperate with moderators

since the person deleted all the messages, I only have the crypto payment proof. Additionally, when we reached the agreement, he joined my Telegram channel, and I am providing a screenshot of that.

Unfortunately, because I did not think he would scam me, I was unable to take screenshots before the messages were deleted. After he deleted the messages, I gathered the remaining evidence I had.

The crypto address used in the scam is clearly visible in the screen recording videos I shared. You are still continuing to lie.

Also, if there had been no agreement, why would we make you an administrator? In your initial statement, you claimed that fake accounts had made the agreement instead of me, but the fact that administrator rights were given to you is proof that it was the correct account.

You, and nobody else for that matter, has proven scam activity from this member outside BHW. What happens outside BHW is none of our business anyway, but nobody has actually proven anything. What we have is the usual mess of allegedly deleted Telegram conversations and people allegedly being impersonated. If you choose to use Telegram to do business then you're playing a game of financial Russian roulette. We can't do anything here.

This member appears to have developed a deliberate scam tactic and is continuing his activities using the same method. Additional evidence from other victims will emerge in the coming days. We can wait for those if necessary, but the existing evidence already clearly demonstrates the situation.

You can't prove the dates. That's the only evidence I'm interested in seeing now. As you can't provide it, I'm going to have to close this dispute later on.

@SilviaSignals This isn't the first time I've dealt with you as relates to a dispute and your name is regularly seen by us relating to issues with your business. You have claimed before, in a previous dispute, that a member was duped into transacting with someone claiming to be you. I have not seen enough evidence to be able to dispute this, nor can I do so this time.

What I don't understand is that you continue to conduct your business via Telegram despite your claims of imposters on there. How does that make any business sense at all? Not only are you opening yourself up to more disputes like this, you are risking losing revenue to said imposters if a buyer transacts with the wrong account. Why do you not do ALL your business via BHW and protect both yourself and the buyer?

Your record on here is, to be blunt, dreadful. We regularly see you in reports and disputes and yet you seemingly do nothing to try and improve your practices and reputation. What's more, we now no longer delete dispute threads so this thread will remain a matter of public record. We are strongly urging you to take steps to improve your practices and the first of those steps would be to make it clear to anyone who contacts you to transact that there are alleged accounts on Telegram who are looking to defraud them, and to name said accounts. Additionally, do what you can to have them closed down.
