He took money from me for an advertising agreement, but in return he deleted all the records and now claims that he has no knowledge of anything.

After the person deleted all of our conversations, I tried to contact him for one full day, but he did not respond. When I contacted him through the forum and he replied, I asked him to refund my payment.

What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?
I am requesting a refund of the payment and asking for the user to be removed from the forum.

On 2 Feb, one person sent me a Telegram channel link. I only joined the channel, did not post anything, did not contact anyone, and I was made admin without my request.

On 4 Feb, I received a message from another person accusing me of a $320 scam, which I never did. I do not know this person and never had any deal with him.

Also, 2 fake Telegram IDs are using my name “Silvia Signals”, which are not mine. Someone is impersonating me.

I am ready to cooperate thanks

Yes, the Telegram username in my signature belongs to me. However, I never shared any crypto address, never requested payment, and never offered any paid service to the complainant.

2. The complainant first contacted me on 4 Feb, accusing me of a scam.
3. The USDT address shown in the video was shared on 6 Feb, which is two days after the accusation was already made. This timeline clearly contradicts the claim that I scammed him.
4. I believe the payment was made to an impersonator, as there are fake Telegram accounts using my name “Silvia Signals”.

After the user saw the screen recording, he realized he had been exposed and deleted the USDT crypto address from the conversation. I am sending the video again.

I started this conversation after being scammed in order to make him prove that the address belonged to him, and he fell into the trap. The crypto address I was scammed with fully belongs to him, and I have provided evidence to prove this.

The user’s scam tactic is to delete all messages on both sides after receiving the payment and then act as if he has no knowledge of it.

Telegram allows users to delete messages unilaterally, so a screen recording alone does not prove that I deleted anything or requested payment.
More importantly, there is a clear timeline contradiction:

• I was accused of scamming on 4 Feb.

This makes it impossible for me to have scammed the complainant using that address before the accusation was even made.

Additionally, no deal or transaction was ever initiated through BHW.
If there had been any legitimate deal, it would have been conducted through BHW messages or threads.
Instead, the complainant only used BHW to post an accusation, not to show any agreed deal, terms, or payment request.

@Duce I would like your response to this.

I contacted this person on February 2, and we reached an agreement after I made the payment on February 3. Immediately after the payment, he deleted our Telegram conversations on both sides.

As also shown in the evidence screenshots I provided, he asked me for the link to my Telegram channel and then requested administrator access to the channel.

On Telegram, messages can be deleted for both parties, and he has even deleted the messages from the account shown in the video I sent you earlier.

After he deleted the messages, I contacted him and said that if he was not going to carry out the work, I wanted a refund. However, he lied and said that he had not received any payment. I then asked him whether the crypto address was his, and he replied that it was not.

Because of this, I contacted the user from a different Telegram account to request a different service, and the crypto address he provided was the same crypto address he used to scam me.

As soon as I shared these details here, he also deleted the messages from the other account.
