“Think Facebook is boring? Think again — 2026 is about to blow it up!”

Facebook isn’t the same old feed anymore — 2026 is shaking things up!

AI-Powered Feeds — finally see content that actually matters.

Subscriptions & Premium Content — creators & small biz can monetize like never before.

Shopping Made Easy — selling/discovering products is smoother than ever.

Old Like & Comment Plugins Retiring — time to rethink your engagement strategy.

Retro & Throwback Trends — nostalgia is back, perfect for viral posts.

Question: Which update excites you most — or secretly worries you? Drop your thoughts below!

In my opinion, Facebook will never be boring. Facebook is an application where everyone can follow information, make friends, chat, or even make money; only low-quality information and content are removed. Facebook is constantly improving its quality.

for me, the biggest change is ai-driven content distribution. reach now depends more on behavioral signals than on the number of followers, so it's crucial to create content formats that the system consistently recommends for distribution

I will never like facebook.
The UI glitches so much, the facebook videos. It is good to run ads for my local business clients, other than that as a reel scrolling app or video watching app i will still prefer instagram or even threads.

Feels solid, but a bit generic hype for a crowd that’s seen a lot already. The ideas are fine — the hook could hit harder if you anchor it to a real outcome (money, reach, survival) instead of broad trends.

Exactly. Facebook isn’t boring — it’s all about how you use it. With better content filtering and constant improvements, it’s still one of the most versatile platforms out there.

Spot on. AI-driven distribution means engagement and watch behavior now decide reach, not followers, which forces creators to adapt fast.

Fair take. Facebook still works great for ads and local businesses, but as a pure reels or video-scrolling app, Instagram definitely feels smoother.

Agreed — trends alone don’t move this crowd. Framing them around actual wins or losses (who benefits, who gets left behind) would make it more compelling.

Agreed. Facebook isn’t boring — it’s a multi-purpose platform, and removing low-quality content only makes it more valuable over time.

Facebook remains a popular platform with a large user base; boredom is impossible. For those making money from Facebook, it might be a little boring at first due to the new algorithms, but things will quickly become familiar and engaging again.

I also hope that 2026 will be a boom year, that Facebook will be easier for everyone, still tightly controlled but more lenient to compensate for the losses in 2025, haha.

Exactly — the algorithms shake things up at first, but once you adapt, Facebook stays as engaging as ever, especially for creators and businesses.

Haha, fingers crossed! 2026 could definitely be a bounce-back year if Facebook balances control with more flexibility.

I don't know if there will be a boom in 2026, but at the beginning of the year, I don't see much change.

Facebook seems to be taking things a bit more calmly since the beginning of the year. Hopefully, this will continue and bring in revenue for advertisers after a tough period dealing with storms.

The shift to an AI-powered 'Discovery' feed is making it nearly impossible for small pages to grow without a massive Reels strategy. I'm curious - is anyone seeing better ROI by leaning into AI-automated 'Advantage+' campaigns, Or are manual placements still performing better for specific niches? It seems like Facebook is trying to take all control away from the media buyer.

True, it’s still early — sometimes the biggest changes hit a few months in, not right at the start of the year.

Totally agree. If Facebook keeps things smooth, it should be a good chance for creators and advertisers to bounce back.

I feel you. Facebook is definitely shifting control to AI. Manual campaigns still outperform for targeted niches, but for volume and reach, Advantage+ is surprisingly effective.

The biggest change is content distribution based on artificial intelligence, with reach depending on behavioral signals rather than the number of followers.

For me, Facebook is just an app to keep in touch with friends. The company is gradually making Facebook more private, and I'm quite pleased with Facebook's recent updates; the app is getting better.

Facebook’s UI might be clunky, but its AI-driven distribution is unmatched. Reach is now about behavioral signals, not followers. To win, you need a high-trust account with consistent spending. A strong account signals the AI to prioritize your content, making it the most effective engine for ROI and local business growth.

I hope 2026 will be a turning point, with Facebook operating more stably and flexibly, maintaining a cautious but sensible approach to supporting advertisers' recovery and growth after a turbulent period.

Agreed. It’s no longer about how many followers you have, but how the AI reads user behavior around your content.

Agreed. The shift toward privacy and smaller circles makes Facebook feel more personal again, which is a good direction.

Well said. The UI may lag, but Facebook’s AI distribution is on another level — if you build trust with consistent spend, the ROI potential is hard to beat.

Same here. If Facebook can stay stable while being a bit more flexible, 2026 could be a real recovery year for advertisers.
I think the biggest change is the application of AI in videos, imgs and photography apps. What about you?
Same here. AI-powered visuals are everywhere, but the real change is how platforms use AI to push or kill reach.
