[Journey] From $0 to $2,000/Month – AI Girl Experiment

Hello, forum members! I saw a similar thread and decided to start something similar.
I've been wanting to do this for a while, but I never got around to it.

Goal:
Create an AI model and monetize it.
Target: $2,000 per month, starting at $0.

Current progress:

Yesterday, I started creating my first model using seedream-v4. I also created a small dataset for the LORa.

Next steps:

Today, I plan to train the LORa.
Start warming up TikTok and Instagram accounts.
Watch tutorials on how to create videos.

I'll try to post news in this thread as often as possible, at least a couple of times a week.

Following this. AI models are hot right now but the platform game is brutal - TikTok and IG ban AI-looking faces pretty fast once you get traction.

Few questions:
- Are you planning a monetization funnel? (free content → paid platform like Fansly/Fanvue)
- What's your account warming strategy? Most AI model accounts get nuked before hitting 10k.
- Have you looked at Reddit + Discord as traffic sources? Less bans, more engaged audience.

seedream-v4 is solid for base models. Curious how the LoRA turns out - consistency is always the hardest part with these.

I'll most likely try to monetize through the Fanvue chat.

I'm still learning how to warm up accounts, so I don't know much. While I'm at it, I'll be reporting my results here.

Unfortunately, my Reddit accounts are constantly getting banned, and I don't know why. I've always had problems with Reddit, especially with purchased accounts. I haven't heard of Discord traffic. Can you tell me more?

Today I set up Workflow Wan2.2 animate and received the first videos of my girlfriend. They are not perfect since I haven't finished LORa yetI.
Also studied a little about post-processing of finished videos.
I also started warming up 2 tik tok accounts and 1 insta account

Next steps:

I will continue to study the creation of LORa so that I can finally make it. I do LORa under Wan2.2
I will continue to learn how to make videos

Hi all. How are you today?

Current progress:

Today I started generating a lot of photos to find a good profile picture for Instagram and TikTok, and I ended up taking what I think is a cool photo.
I learned about Kling and used it to make a couple of videos today, both for TikTok and Instagram.

Next steps:

I'll try to release a video on one of my accounts tomorrow.
I'll also be looking for different references for cool videos.
I plan to study in more detail how different models like Flux and LoRa work to better understand it.
