Hello everyone,

I’m looking for some advice from experienced members on the best way to sell a website and what options might make the most sense.

I currently own a content-based website that receives a large amount of organic traffic from Google (around 900K+ visits per month). Monetization is very basic and intentionally under-optimized, so I believe there is significant upside for someone with more experience in scaling and monetization.

I’m considering selling the site because I’m focused on other projects and don’t have the time to properly develop it further.

My questions:

  • What marketplaces or brokers would you recommend for selling a site like this?
  • Is it better to go through a broker (Empire Flippers, etc.) or sell directly?
  • Any tips on valuation or things buyers usually look for with high-traffic sites?

I’m not selling anything here, just looking for guidance and feedback from the community.

Thanks in advance for any insights.

I already had to do this and started to think that best way is to use common platform that does this.

Like dotmarket, sideprojector or flippa, take a look !
