No free trial. The Test package (10 tests / 1 domain) is for low‑budget testing.
Payments?

Refund Policy
No Refunds After Job Execution
Once a job has run, devices, proxies and capacity are allocated to your package and cannot be reused.
For this reason, refunds or partial refunds are not available after job completion.
Unused tests cannot be refunded or carried over to the next billing period.
Refunds ARE Approved In These Cases:
- Technical failure: System error prevents job from running and issue cannot be resolved within 7 business days.
- Service unavailable: Platform is down for more than 7 business days.
- Payment error: You were charged twice for the same package
- Pre-execution cancellation: You request refund BEFORE any jobs have been executed (within 24 hours of purchase)
Refunds Are NOT Approved For:
- Jobs that completed successfully but didn't meet your expectations
- Competitor domains that were not visible in search results (this is a targeting issue, not a technical failure)
- Change of mind after jobs have been executed
- Unused tests or runs remaining in your package
- Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
How To Request A Refund:
Open a support ticket with your package ID, payment transaction details, and detailed explanation of the technical issue.
Refund requests are reviewed within 24-48 hours.
