Looking for an expert in FB bot automation

Hey BHW, I am looking for an expert in Facebook bot automation who can help me build a bot profile network. Someone who is a legend at scaling hundreds or thousands of bot profiles through browser automation OR manual actions from an offshore team of VAs.

Context: I manage a few dozen niche Facebook groups and want to deploy a bot network to automate bot profiles, do mass friend requesting, inviting to my groups, etc. I have a whole growth strategy planned out for those who are serious about taking on this project. But it all hinges on automated bot Facebook profiles. Once we prove this out for the few dozen groups we want to scale it up to hundreds of groups/hundreds or thousands of bot profiles running and automating growth.

I have played around with buying profiles + proxies + Dolphin multiaccount browser + browser automation but it's getting very complicated and keep getting accounts banned.

Here is my dream outcome: I will explain to you exactly the actions we want to take with the automated profiles, exactly how the profiles should look, exactly how the growth strategy works, you tell me what limitations we need to follow for accounts to not get banned, warmup rules, etc. and then you build out the bot network, we scale it up, and everyone wins.

If windows profiles are permitted and the budget is right, I might, though I have a bit of a backlog with projects.
