You just have to email them on their addresses.

The email body becomes the post content and the email subject becomes the title.

Yep, auto posts to their blogs, sometimes to many blogs at once. Posterous allows you to email content to over 25 accounts including twitter and blogs and facebook. Thousands of new users for challenge.co sponsored by MS. But I haven't figured out a footprint yet.
 
If the owner is sending these straight to his blog on auto, then he never reviews his email. If he does check and look at his email then this could be called spam. Better to cover yourself with a throwaway email before using this? :confused:

It's always a good idea to use a "thowaway email" when going blackhat.

What should I do cos I'm newbie here.
Btw,,,, to get the footprint you guys just join the network and google for email domain,,,,for example : @post.wordpress.com, this exactly what I get wordpress email...there might be other footprint but this is always the easiest way

I don't think this would work for posterous because they use [email protected] to post by email not a special email.
