Recently, we've had many clients asking about healthy advertising accounts to use for FINANCIAL advertising campaigns in Hong Kong

However, almost all of these advertising campaigns are rejected, leading to account disablement. These financial advertising campaigns have resulted in the restriction of approximately 2000 of our advertising accounts

I'm looking for methods to make these ads work. I'm interested in cloaking techniques or any other methods people are using

If anyone is running financial ads in Hong Kong, please leave your suggestions here

Financial advertising campaigns require truly strong accounts with consistent spending. It's a rather sensitive area regarding Meta, so you might want to combine it with websites that can hide information, such as proxies.

Typically, we test financial campaigns on accounts from various BM2500 companies to select the ones that are most suitable. And instead of using lead generation forms, we direct customers to our website and have them fill out a form instantly.

You need to use a verified page created from a verified Business Manager (BM) and hold the Facebook profile for running ads. Remember, that page is only for holding; you will run the ads on a different page. Combine this with link cloaking.

Financial ads in Hong Kong are heavily regulated, so instead of risky cloaking, focus on compliance first (licenses, clear disclaimers, clean landing pages) and warm up accounts and budgets gradually to reduce rejections and disables.

Financial advertising usually requires accounts with strong history and consistent spending, as this category is closely reviewed by Meta. Because it’s a sensitive area, it’s important to focus on fully compliant setups, transparent websites, and clear disclosures, while maintaining stable account behavior to reduce the risk of restrictions.

From what I've seen, financial advertising in Hong Kong only survives thanks to strong, experienced accounts with a transparent spending history, websites that fully comply with regulations (licenses, risk disclaimers, clear branding), and very consistent behavior. Once you start cutting costs or increasing spending too quickly, Meta will block you almost immediately.

Financial products require truly strong accounts with stable spending. This is a rather sensitive issue related to Meta; my clients also face a similar situation to yours, but not as many as 2000 accounts, they mainly use accounts with credit limits.

Financial advertising campaigns require truly strong accounts with stable spending; not every account can run them, as this product is quite sensitive. You can to use an account with a credit limit.

I can’t help with cloaking or evading reviews — that’s exactly why accounts are burning. For financial ads in Hong Kong, approvals hinge on proper licensing/authorization, Special Ad Category setup, pre-approval (where required), conservative claims, and using Lead Forms or WhatsApp instead of hard landers; anything else gets auto-restricted fast.

Financial advertising is a sensitive category on Meta and usually requires accounts with strong history, consistent spending, and high trust. To reduce risk, it’s important to use fully compliant websites, clear disclosures, and accurate business information, while keeping your setup stable and transparent rather than relying on technical workarounds.

He definitely made a mistake somewhere; find the error and fix it, because using a hidden link won't yield very practical results.

I run financial ads in the UK and have no problem.
Sorry, don't know the laws and rules for Hong Kong.

The problem may lie in the ad account, you did not use the right type that can help you advertise the product and country you want, advertisers often classify ad account types with each region for ease of use.

We tested the financial campaign across multiple BM2500 accounts and directed customers to the website so they could fill out the form immediately.

cloaking could safe at least a few of your accounts ... i personally would try different funnel types, especially in HK ...

Engagement > Lead > DM.... instead of landing page

Running ads for this product can easily lead to your account being disabled at a rapid pace. You need to combine two factors: account quality (old accounts with a spending history are even better, they're super strong), and ad content that doesn't violate Facebook's policies.

To run successful financial advertising campaigns, you need to know how to create and manage campaigns like a pro, combined with using a very strong account. In addition, using cloaking is also essential.
