If I post adult content (OF leaks) on discord would DMCA be a major problem?

I'm currently thinking of using proxies and anti detect browser would they be good enough?

and for monetization what would be a good way? I'm thinking of using link lockers but can link lockers be used to reveal identity?

Any suggestions are welcome :) Thanks.

P.S: I don't care if discord bans the account or community often, all I want is that It don't cause any other problem.

I doubt anyone is going after you because of that, but in general proxies aren't providing ANY security, they just changing your IP. What you want is VPN.

Hey, thanks for the reply, I use a separate os with vpn and then a virutal machine inside it i use an anti detect browser with proxies. Is that enough? or should I do something else?

Not enough. Barely enough I'd say. I've been in the industry for well over 2 years now. If they want to catch you, they will, and a VM + proxy won't protect your ass.

What is your OPSEC? it would be helpful for me.

For such purposes - I'd say enough. If you don't want to be paranoid at all - you can use separate device with neighbor's wifi or mobile internet without your name on it. General idea is to not having your name on any link of the chain, especially and most importantly - on payments. Keep in mind crypto is transparent unless you use XMR somewhere along the way.

But again - DMCA is a joke, your server will get banned at some point and that's it.

I don't really care about server, ik it will be banned so I'd try to shift my audience, do you think building a website would be more appropriate?
Actually the problem is payment, I'm planning on using link lockers but to recieve payouts I'd have to giveout info as Admaven, Linkvertise both asks for info, I heard that Lockrr(poor CPM) Supports direct crypto. I'd have to look into it. Some say CPA networks work but I've never really worked with them till now.
Or am I just too paranoid? Cause I see people doing it without any opsec just directly putting stuff.

Or am I just too paranoid?

Probably. I don't have experience in this but DMCA seems like a whitest thing even for this forum.

As for a website - DMCA usually strikes only google search and very rarely - your hoster, but still might be, so just keep in mind that whatever you're hosting may went down.

mullvad vpn paid with monero is your best bet but i doubt anyone would care that much

VMWARE, not Virtualbox.
Pfsense + Windows 11.
Pfsense + Mullvad + Wireguard
If possible, a separate device used only for this.
All payments go through XMR.
No phone number or recovery mail address connected to any of your accounts.
No Telegram, just Signal.

This is more than enough for DMCA an OF Leaks.

Do you really have a community on Signal? and how do you get payments via XMR? Like payouts etc do your customers pay you in xmr?

Signal is used for communication and file transfer, not for running communities.
You can receive payment in any coin but you need to wash them through XMR before you can withdraw. Trocador is useful for this one.

I know that xmr is a private coin, the thing is did your customers pay in crypto, cus majority of folks on discord and tele don't use them thats why i was thinking of using a linklocker. but with linklocker for payouts I have to give my info. Can you suggest something?

but i want to run a community otherwise, i can just use simplex its more private than signal. :)

yes, DMCA is the real risk here, not Discord bans, and proxies/antidetect won’t shield you from takedowns, subpoenas, or payment-trail exposure once copyright holders escalate. If you care about zero downstream problems, the only durable path is distributing content you own or are licensed to monetize and using compliant affiliate or traffic-broker models, because link lockers, hosts, and payout rails are usually where identity correlation actually happens.

yes, thanks for the reply. I found out a linklocker that doesn't require any info and they pay in crypto. Tho they are new in market and have low cpm should I use them? also

"In exchange for the immediate removal of the content the publisher receives safe harbor from litigation regarding the illegal publication of copyrighted content." from the dmca website, so if I just create a channel where people who owns the content can ask me to remove copyrighted content would it be alright?

its a game of cat n mouse - new accounts + new ips

Hey, proxygo nice to see you, on dmca website its stated that if I remove the copyrighted content within time then their won't be any legal issues, so if i create a channel where people can ask me to remove the content that they own, their won't be any problems right? + the opsec i mentioned above.

I've also contacted a an admaven agents he said "we mainly monetize of leaks lol" he said we have plenty of OF leaks channel, he said their won't be any problem.

there are a lot of services that exchange paypal / cashapp to crypto , if you truly want to be risk free you cant rely on KYC´d platforms that have your id crypto specially privacy coins are the way to go

Tbh for this kind of stuff the proxy or vpn setup is the easy part. payment trails and linklockers are where most people slip up. if you're serious about opsec - crypto without kyc is the only way, everything else leaves a trace.
