How to recover a Facebook account?
When you log into Facebook and receive the message "Account disabled," it means your account has been disabled by the system. You can submit a recovery request for Facebook to review your account.
Step 1: Access the support link: My personal Facebook account has been disabled.
Step 2: Scroll down and select "Use this form to request a review." If you are automatically logged out, close your browser, clear your cache and cookies, and try again.
Step 3: Enter the email address or phone number you used to register your account.
Step 4: Enter your full name exactly as it appears on your Facebook account in the required field.
Step 6: In the "Additional information" section, fill in the reason you want to recover your account. For example, you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, or your real name is different from your Facebook name.
Step 7: Click the "Submit" button in the bottom right corner of the screen to send your request to Facebook.
