That guy seems to be popular on Twitter, but then again that doesn't speak much to his authority on the topic

Your skepticism is totally valid. That profile's focus makes it hard to take the ranking claim at face value. For broad topics, Wikipedia's established authority is extremely hard to beat for the #1 spot.

DogeDesigner is one of Elon's sockpuppet accounts. He was caught using it somehow a while ago, I'm sure the evidence is Googleable.
