My Ongoing Journey Building a Large-Scale AI Video Network
I’ve been working with AI-generated video content for a couple of months now, mostly using Sora and Meta AI, and publishing across multiple social media channels.
So far, the growth has been encouraging. Some channels started showing traction pretty quickly, which gave me confidence to think bigger.
Right now, my focus is on building this as a system, not just running a few pages.

With Meta AI, I’m generating short clips and slowly building an AI footage library.
The idea is simple: instead of generating everything from scratch every time, the system will pull matching footage from the library based on content intent and auto-generate full videos.
My short-term goal is ambitious but structured:
- Around 50,000 videos per day generated from Meta AI–based footage
- Around 3–5K videos per day generated using Sora
At the moment, I’m running most of this using n8n workflows.
It works, but honestly, I don’t see n8n as a sustainable long-term solution for something this large.

Because of that, I already have a developer working on a custom web app.
The goal of that app is to:
- manage channels and pages
- manage video generation
- publish content directly to platforms
- monitor output from one place
The scale is where things get interesting.
The plan is:
- One niche → auto-publish to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- If I work with 500 niches, that turns into roughly 2,000 channels total
- video generation
- voiceover
- subtitles
- formatting per platform
I’m also exploring AI models from Hugging Face on my own servers to reduce costs over time.
Some of that is already in progress.
Monetization-wise, I’m keeping multiple paths open:
- Platform monetization
- CPA traffic
- eventually selling some of the channels
There are a lot of moving parts, and not everything is clean or optimized yet.
But I’m actively refining it and sharing updates as I stabilize things.
If anyone has experience monetizing large networks of AI-driven channels, I’d genuinely appreciate any insights or ideas.
One current challenge I’m dealing with is account scaling.
I need around 200 ChatGPT Go accounts to fully support the workflow.
I’ve already found a possible solution and am testing it before going all in.
On the content side, the plan per niche is very structured:
- generate ~560 videos per niche
- publish 6 videos per day
- that gives roughly 3 months of content coverage per niche
Once that’s set up, there’s very little daily stress around content ideas or posting schedules.
At this stage, my main focus is:
- producing quality content at scale
- stabilizing the system
- reducing manual work
- improving monetization strategy
Again: If anyone has experience monetizing large networks of AI-driven channels, I’d genuinely appreciate any insights or ideas.
More updates soon.
