With that he means: He'll optimize your great content and put in bad grammar as he even cannot spell his own name correctly, he does this so to make sure your website will be blacklisted on all social sites that share with digg, but not only this, he will make sure your FP and 'optimized' article will not even make it one day, just to be sure you will receive votes that previously voted for "penis pumps"... and this will show exactly on your digg !

There are enough reviews here that confirm this scam. There is nobody (real user) here that ever got any sucess from this service. If you file a paypal dispute he wil try to pressure you to withdraw, as you can read from himself a few lines up !
