Hello and thank you for taking the time to review this post.

The issue is the following: I want to start an advertising campaign for a car sales business targeting the USA region. At the moment, I am located outside the United States. I have tried using OctoBrowser with different proxies, I have also tried purchasing already warmed-up accounts, and I am using valid cards, but I still keep getting rejections, and my Facebook and Business Manager accounts get blocked.

In general, if someone could explain how these Facebook bans work and how I should proceed in order to have a guaranteed result, I would really appreciate it. Perhaps the issue is that I am starting instantly with a large budget, or maybe I am missing something.

Similar product campaigns are still accepted by Meta; your campaign should not use images with numbers or exchange rates, etc. You can set this up using your personal account.

In 2024, ad approval will be easier, but from 2025 onwards, with the intervention of AI, getting ads approved will become much more difficult.

Over the past year, Facebook's review process has become much more automated and cautious, meaning accounts now need stronger trust signals and slower renewal times to be consistently approved.

Facebook policies are getting stricter.
Double-checking ad copy and landing pages before publishing
can help reduce rejections.

Campaigns for similar products can still be approved by Meta, as long as the creatives follow policy guidelines. It’s best to avoid using images that highlight numbers, prices, or exchange rates. You can start setting this up through a personal account, provided everything is configured correctly and remains compliant.

I completely understand your frustration, 911form. It's great that you're taking the time to optimize your setup for Facebook's strict policies. Using a US-based VPS and payment card is a good start, but I'd like to add that having a consistent IP footprint is also crucial. Have you considered using a residential IP proxy or a mobile proxy to further minimize the risk of detection? Additionally, what kind of content are you promoting in your car sales business, and are you ensuring that your landing page and ad copy are fully compliant with Facebook's automotive advertising policies?

You’re not the only one facing this issue — Facebook is extremely sensitive to ad accounts running U.S.-targeted ads from outside the United States, especially in the automotive industry, as it is considered a high-risk vertical.

FB rejections are happening a lot lately What’s the rejection reason shown in Ads Manager (personal attributes, misleading claims, restricted content, landing page, etc.)? If you share the niche + ad copy/landing page style, people here can suggest quick fixes.

The problem might lie with your ads. Facebook is currently very strict in reviewing ad content; even minor violations will result in rejection, and repeated violations will lead to account bans. Therefore, please review the content and images you are using.

The main issue isn't the budget or the card, but the trustworthiness of the account ecosystem. Facebook evaluates the overall situation: login location, account history, Business Manager, payment methods, and ad behavior. Using anti-detection browsers, proxies, or pre-purchased accounts often puts you in a high-risk category, leading to quick blocking, especially when targeting the US market.
To increase the likelihood of stable and sustainable campaigns, the approach is: use real accounts with a clean history, verified Business Manager (BM), start with a small budget, run simple content , complying with automotive industry policies, and gradually scale up after seeing positive results. Facebook prioritizes stability and consistency, not speed or large budgets from the outset.

Try changing your page, and you need to check your advertising account first with campaigns and images of trees to check the account to see if there are any problems. Many rejected ads also have problems in the advertising account.

That's the general situation on Facebook these days; it's become more difficult to accept ads, with many ads being rejected for no clear reason, but mainly due to non-compliance with Facebook's policies. A good account isn't enough; you need good content as well.

Honestly, there’s no magic trick here — the bans usually happen because too many risk signals stack up at once. If you slow down, keep everything consistent, and build trust gradually, things tend to stabilize. Meta rewards patience way more than aggressive scaling.

To reach the location far from you on FB, besides the proxy and ad targeting, you need a profile located in the USA + must be an old profile at least 1 year

Short version: bans usually come from trust signals, not tactics—new or mismatched accounts (geo, behavior, spend, business legitimacy) get stress-tested and fail fast. If you want consistency, set it up clean (verified BM, real business info, gradual spend ramp, compliant creatives) and treat trust like something you earn over weeks, not something you can shortcut in day one.

The reason you're experiencing this isn't due to budget, but rather the environment and the trustworthiness of your account.

Virtual browsers, proxies, purchased accounts → easily flagged as risky.

Profiles, Business Managers, IP addresses, and payment cards from different ecosystems → reduced trust.

The problem might lie in the content of your ad itself. Currently, Facebook is very strict in reviewing ads; even minor violations can lead to ad rejection, and repeated violations can result in your ad account or Business Manager being banned. Therefore, you should carefully review all content, messaging, and images you are using to ensure full compliance with Facebook's advertising policies.

Facebook blocking accounts/BMs is usually due to a combination of risk factors, not a single error.

Common reasons include: new accounts/BMs with no spending history, logins from outside the US, frequent IP/device changes, running large budgets from the start, and the tightly controlled US automotive industry.

Ways to reduce risk:

Use accounts/BMs with a real history.

Fully verify your BM and domain.

Start with a small budget and scale gradually.

Maintain a stable login environment.

Avoid strong claims in your ad content.

Your industry is not in a sensitive niche. The problem you are facing could be because your creatives are showing prices or have excessive solicitations. Try adjusting them, if it doesn't work, you should find strong accounts and BM to run.
