Happens both in developing and developed countries,
Many do not know the real meaning of money,neither do they understand what money is,
Money is a tool to an end,
This means what a lot of people are chasing is actually not as substantial as the reason for their existence

You'd be surprised how many wannabe carders are out there and they only fail because incompetence. But they try without a second thought.
