Please describe the reason for submitting a Dispute, in detail.
I was using a Google ads rental account from the seller. The account requested BOV verification and the seller was unable to help me with it so we decided to stop our cooperation. Right before this I have sent him $500 for account funds, the funds have actually never reached the account. The seller was taking very long to refund the money and even after I told him that I will open a dispute he just refunded me in small parts over a long time. He still to this date owes me $100 and makes various excuses such as that his crypto exchanges were blocked etc.

Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.
I have tried to get the refund from him in full. After so much waiting he was able to send me partial payments, however still owes me $100.

What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?
Just send me the little money he owes me and I will move on and forget him and never deal with him again.

That's good to hear, I'm pleased you were refunded.

You don't have to do anything else. If @amanguy wants back on the forum then they will have to go through Support and they will assess whether they should be reinstated or not.
