Yes this has being doing the rounds in especially iGaming niches for a while now. A few weeks ago 'non gamstop casinos' would give pages and pages of .uk.com, .in.com, .co.com pages. They're being filtered more now it seems but new ones are still cropping up.

Thanks for sharing — I’ve seen the same in iGaming SERPs.

Quick note for anyone new: it.com / us.com / uk.com / eu.com are subdomain sales platforms (so you’re essentially renting a third-level domain under their root). Example: blackhatworld.it.com via their panel.

From my tests, I’m not relying on 301s.

What’s been more interesting is:

building a small, legit mini-site on the subdomain (topical cluster + basic EEAT pages),
then linking out from the homepage / key hub pages.

I’m currently testing across niches:

us.com (legal)
uk.com (movers/packers)
eu.com (health/weight loss)

The big question: has anyone tracked longer-term stability

I think I first saw batches of .uk.com and .us.com showing up for igaming keywords in the first few months of 2025, March-April maybe. Nothing really survived more than 3 months, but then again the igaming SERPs are always volatile. Your other niches may well fare better, but as the use of these second-level domains is getting exposure from SEO youtubers it's probably in the firing line.

Yes, I’ve also noticed the same trend in iGaming niche lately. non gamstop casino keywords were ranking with many new .eu.com, .co.com domains.

I didn't know about this and I thought those were subdomains from it.com domain.
