What Should I Do About This Adsense Account With $123

This adsense account was opened in 2020, I couldn't verify it then so I abandoned it. In fact I forgot about it.

Now I am trying to verify this account and connect it to my YouTube channel but Adsense didn't reply the message I sent them.

I have sent several messages via different channels but all I get is automated reply.

And if I choose to close the account, the $123 in it won't be paid.

What can be done?

Has anyone been in this situation before?

It's been 4 weeks now and no concrete reply.

The thing is, I have this YouTube channel that recently got monetized. So I tried opening a new Adsense for YouTube with the email of this channel but the next day I got a message that "my adsense account cannot be approved"

I searched online and found that it maybe because I have an existing adsense account. So I checked all my accounts and discovered this old account.

Please note that the emails are different but the name is the same.

Now, I have closed the new adsense application and decided to go with this old one, but there is no way to verify my ID.

Adsense did respond only once but said the issue is beyond their control. That I should contact YouTube. But this old adsense account was applied for using an old site that doesn't exist anymore. It was the old site that earned the $123. So I don't now why they said I should contact YouTube.

I thought perhaps it might be because it is the same name on the 2 different emails.

After that reply I don't get any reply to my messages. I only get automated reply that they will get back to me.

It's been 4 weeks now and no concrete reply.

Their support is pretty much non-existent, I’ve given up myself on getting anything resolved through them.
