Okay man.Go to doctor. Don't do self medication.
Without consulting a doctor?take some magnesium and zinc.
I tried reading books and playing video games. But I can not open my eyesI completely agree with sandow1 that sleep is a fundamental aspect of our overall health, and prioritizing quality sleep is essential. However, I also understand the desire to try and find a solution at home before consulting a doctor. Has anyone tried establishing a consistent sleep schedule, avoiding screens before bedtime, or creating a relaxing bedtime routine to help regulate their sleep patterns? It's also interesting that some of you have mentioned feeling energetic when awake, but still struggling with a fixed sleep window - I'd love to hear more about what you've tried so far to adjust your daily routine and stay awake during those 12-14 hour periods.
Give me your eyes brotheri only sleep a few hours per night. And ive been doing so for yearsStill alive.....
Alot of things are missing, what's your age, are you suffering from any health condition? Any medications?I get dizzy and just can’t stay awake
My age is 27, and I have no other issues. Only the sleeping issueAlot of things are missing, what's your age, are you suffering from any health condition? Any medications?
Its best if you can consult a doctor in person.
Will try tomorrowHmm damn that is a long time. For me the more I sleep the more sleepy I am during the day somehow
Like for example if I sleep 9-10 hours I’m more sleepy then when sleeping 6-7.
Maybe just try to sleep just 7 hours, after wake up go directly to the bathroom wash your face with cold water and drink also some water after that.
Most probably you are not eating the correct food(s) and you are not getting proper physical activity.I get dizzy and just can’t stay awake
Maybe you are right. Though I eat regular foods. I don't exercise that muchMost probably you are not eating the correct food(s) and you are not getting proper physical activity.
Eat healthily and do some strenuous exercises for atleast 30 minutes daily. In other words, change your lifestyle for the better.
I will keep that in mindCarnivore diet + grounding helps immensely with sleep.
All of the above. Locked.BlackHat World is not a medical forum, and it's not recommended to get medical advice online.
You should consult a doctor.
