Medicine for less sleep.....

I usually end up sleeping 12–14 hours a day. It’s not on purpose—I get dizzy and just can’t stay awake. Is there anything that can help me sleep less?

No pill can fix that safely. Find the cause first.
See a doctor and free yourself from the bed.:)

Now I am free from my bed, but what will I tell my doctor? I am a sleep freak :)
 
dont do that. sleep is the main thing. less sleep - less "results".

No, was just a joke....dont take anything! What you could try before going to the doc is taking some iron supplements, if the body is low on iron you tend to be sleepy and have less energy.

Funny how life works ayy... the opposite is what many people are actually trying to fix, to be able to get more sleep

I do think you should get proper professional advice though.
Maybe there could be medication you could use or your daily activities could be tweaked to help correct your routine.

I always set up an alarm at 7 AM, always endup waking up at 11 PM. But when I am awake, I don't feel anything wrong. I feel great. Energetic. But from 12-14, I have to sleep no matter what. Nowadays trying to wake up as much as possible. Maybe it will turn into a habit someday, I guess

Everyone is suggesting consulting a doctor, but I want to try something at home. I am afraid to go to the doctor because of the multiple tests thing
 
I would suggest finding sometihng that interest you enough to stay awake, thats the best medicine :)
 
sleep is the basic need of our life it must be contain on quality sleep time
