I always set up an alarm at 7 AM, always endup waking up at 11 PM. But when I am awake, I don't feel anything wrong. I feel great. Energetic. But from 12-14, I have to sleep no matter what. Nowadays trying to wake up as much as possible. I do think you should get proper professional advice though.
