It would be great to be able to respond or provide more information if sellers request it.

Sometimes you want to add something to the thread, or sellers ask you something that needs clarification, and it would be nice to be able to do so right there in the thread instead of having to explain it to all the sellers in DMs.

Thanks

There is already a subscription feature for this.

If thread starters were allowed to reply freely, there would be no real reason for people to purchase the WTB or HAF subscription. That subscription exists specifically to enable ongoing interaction and updates within the thread.

Allowing free replies would defeat the purpose of the paid feature and make it unfair to members who choose to subscribe.

You need to read my thread I´m requesting in my own threads no in every thread.

The rules for Want to Buy allow for any user (with 15+ posts) to create a thread in this section, but only upgraded members can respond.

The rules specifically state:
please make sure that you consider carefully what you want in the body of your post as the ability to edit your thread has been turned off in this section.

Thanks for the feedback; however, at the moment, there are no plans to change this rule.

As there have been no additional comments, we'll close this one up.
