We charged you per record. A record is a unique entry (row) of the data you asked to scrape. So if you want emails scraped, one record would be one email delivered to you. If you order 10,000 emails, you will be given 10,000 unique emails.

Our pricing starts at $0.005 per record for basic data scraping and goes up to $0.05 per record depending on the amount of data to be scraped and the anti-scraping methods employed by the target site.

Minimum engagement is $75 only.

Cost per record will be quoted to you before the start of any job and there won't be any surprises or additional costs.

I ran those same emails through a tool we use for our internal testing. And in simple words his output is way better than what I got from that tool. He managed to uncover 8000+ very valid sendable emails. And then went further beyond with 10 different status messages including spam traps, SMTP failures, catch-alls, invalid MX servers and more.

I got a well-designed spreadsheet with different sheets for all status and a message that gave me a gist of the output.

Thanks for the interest.

This will have to be done in two stages.

Stage one would be identifying all HVAC companies in Texas with a website and NAP details.

Stage two would be hitting the URLs, checking if they use WordPress (or a blogging platform included with site builders like Wix or Squarespace) and fetching their the total number of posts, first post date and last post date.

However, if your area of work is Texas and that too HVAC businesses in Texas, this would be a job better suited for a researcher or a VA.
