How are token launch platforms actually being marketed in 2026?

Has anyone here been involved in marketing or scaling token launch platforms recently?
We’ve built most of the infrastructure already, but I’m more interested in how others are handling distribution and trust in the current market.

It’s all a popularity contest, I used to launch on a regular basis but the market has changed pretty drastically. Back then we’d simply post up a couple of KOLs on twitter and sometimes set up some trendings on platforms (CMC, Dextools, etc..) which would get things going. It’s a lot more convoluted these days though.
Do you have some experience with that?

Platforms like Coinbase have started offering token sales programs directly to their platform users, meaning the platform itself helps issuers promote their tokens early to their large customer base. This model has the potential to both attract capital and increase awareness quickly from the outset.

That makes sense. From the builder side, tech isn't really hard part anymore - distribution and credibility are.
I've been leading development on a eth token launch platform for 6 months, and we puased before going public beccause the old playbook (KOLs + trendings) doesn't seem as effective unless you already control the traffic.
The Coinbase-style model works because trust and users are baked in. For independent platforms, it feels like you either need a very sharp niche or strong partnerships to get meaningful traction.
I'm very curious now.
For those who've actually marketed launchpads(not just tokens), what channels or strategies are still converting in 2026?
