Dispute is resolved

It seems like you're accepting culpability for the accounts not working though. Can you see why this is a stumbling block in this dispute? From the evidence you've presented, it doesn't seem as though anything was your fault. I just want to understand why you said that.
Please respond to the administration, I'm asking the same question:

- If you didn't receive the correct document, why did you say "yes" to the question "everything is fine"?

- If you were right, why did you write this as a last resort?

So then @KingOfSMMcom assuming someone bought an account from you and you did not give full access and the 2 hours is over, can you truly say you delivered a working account?

Please respond to the administration.
Stop policing this dispute. I'm mediating it, I will ask the questions.

As far as I'm concerned, @JerryTheCat has answered my last question satisfactorily.

In addition to that, your tone and manner in your communications to them could easily be interpreted as threatening. Your tone has been consistently hostile in this thread so far, too. I'm asking you to be more professional and answer the questions I put to you. Don't pose your own to the accuser. I will ask those. Thank you.

I'd like you to respond to this as it was more or less what I was going to ask you:-

Remember this is not a rented account .This a an account I bought so it requires full access

If you can't check it within 2 hours, you shouldn't buy a product that offers a 2-hour guarantee. We will process a return or exchange if you report a problem within 2 hours.

You already approved the product before the 2 hours were up! You wrote, "I broke it myself, can you help me?"

The account was given to you completely and correctly. Most importantly, approval was received. We have no guarantee after login... It's all written in the BST rules...

To me I would not consider it as a sold account because the access is not full . If I had log in with full access and used it in a bad manner and blocked account ,then there would be no replacement

I disagree with the statement
"I broke it myself, can you help me?"
From the evidences , the problem was caused because you gave partial access

Even if you approved it before 2 hours were up, we'll help if there are any problems, but the reason for the account restriction is that you changed your information, and we told you that it's your responsibility not to do so. After this warning, the matter is no longer our concern...

In summary:

- They logged in and confirmed. Everything was fine.
- They asked if they could change their information. We said no, but they did.
- The account became unusable, and they're saying it's our fault.

Why should it be our fault if the account was confirmed and they did something we told them not to do?

Thanks

If so then why did you replace the first account . It had same problem and also It was not even activated . So you gave me a fake account first and replaced with one that had partial access

You did not say "no" when I asked if I could change info

The account was processed without any problems and they approved it. They even requested another account. I wanted to mention this...

This is proven in the conversation above...

You did not say "no" when I asked if I could change info
I said that if you change it, the responsibility is yours. This is not our fault, it's your risk. It's written in our instructions and rules! You purchased it accepting these terms.

You couldn't log in to your first account due to your own mistake, and we helped you because the account was still usable. We immediately changed the account. However, you changed the information a second time, rendering the account unusable. You didn't follow the rules, and the responsibility lies with you...

This has entered an endless loop because this person never admits to not following the rules. These are rules even written in our BST rules, which are approved by BHW. We offer no guarantee after login. You have logged in and given your consent. Changing your information is your responsibility. The rules you accepted and purchased are also written on our site...

I think I sound harsh because I'm using Google Translate. I never act aggressively. Google translates in a robotic way, but I never compromise my politeness...

Nobody can, Google and hosting companies are not daft. The only remotely possible way is giving remote desktop access, I should know, I've worked at amazon in IT lol.

Though it's redundant, but for fun you should always ask the seller to log into the account while sharing the screen live and show the credits and such. All of them will run. Google even protects gmail creation like it's their own eyes now think how fussy they are about free cloud credits
Yep but he didn't give full access. From research when " Google cannot verify that account belongs to you" . Who has access to the account now? Is it me or him . Who can log in on his side successfully ? If i say he didn't give full access, I mean it

This is a lie . I'm getting you screenshot of first account
