No, you don’t need to warm up your account before tweeting. You can post immediately likes/comments beforehand don’t meaningfully boost reach; what matters more is early engagement on your tweet, timing, relevance, and follower interaction history.

There's no specific concept of what to do first... the goal is to make your profile as realistic as possible, likes, quotes, retweets, feed, and so on. Test different posts, see what gets engagement, and focus on that.

In my experience, there's no hard and fast rule that you have to interact before posting to get views. Liking or commenting beforehand only makes the account seem more active in terms of behavior, but it's not the deciding factor in reach. If the account is active and has a good history, posting immediately after logging in is perfectly fine

In general, yes - what you interact with before posting isn’t a key factor.
What matters more is consistent posting and how the post performs after publication (engagement, replies, time on post).

Pre-interaction can make activity look more natural, but it’s optional and not a ranking requirement.
The only necessary condition is that the account is not under any limitations or shadow restrictions. Those are typically lifted through normal, organic activity on Twitter - browsing the feed, liking posts, scrolling, and general user behavior. Without that baseline, engagement tactics won’t have a meaningful effect.

You can publish immediately. It doesn't matter that much right now if you comment and then tweet afterwards.
