My go-to productivity tip is time blocking. I set specific slots for work, breaks, and planning, and stick to them. Also, I keep my phone away while working, helps me stay focused and actually get things done.
Time blocking is such a game-changer! Keeping your phone away is a smart move, So easy to get distracted otherwise. Thanks for sharing, I might try this approach myself!
productivity for me is just means blocking out distractive thing, like phone, social media, games etc... once you blocked those distraction you'll automatically just go to work mode. atleast that's what work for me. and I guess that's my tip haha
That’s a solid tip! Eliminating distractions really does make a huge difference. Once the phone and socials are out of the way, getting into ‘work mode’ feels so much easier. Thanks for sharing!
For me, it’s keeping a short daily to-do list (3 to 4 tasks max) and starting with the hardest one first. I also batch similar work together and take quick walks instead of scrolling still need the coffee though
That’s a great approach! Focusing on just a few tasks and tackling the hardest one first is such a smart strategy. Batching work and taking walks instead of scrolling sounds like a productivity win… and I totally get the need for coffee, It’s basically fuel!”
Work according to a pre-planned plan. Complete tasks step by step, rather than trying to tackle 10 tasks at once. And to keep your mind sharp, moderate exercise is essential, plus 1 liter of coffee.
That’s a solid strategy! Focusing on one task at a time really helps avoid feeling overwhelmed. I love that you include exercise to stay sharp and I totally agree, coffee is a must!
Blocking distractions is table stakes tbh - what actually scaled my output was killing context switching. I batch by energy not by task, deep work block for anything that needs thinking + dumb ops block later for uploads, formatting, replies.
If something repeats more than twice it gets templated or automated, otherwise youre just being productive at doing busywork.
That’s a really smart approach! Batching by energy instead of task makes so much sense, and I love the focus on deep work versus operational blocks. Automating repetitive tasks is such a productivity multiplier. Definitely avoids getting stuck in busywork. Thanks for sharing these insights!
What works for me.
Dark room with headphones on and phone placed in a different room and turned off.
Cold shower in the morning for massive BDNF + dopamine spike and Caffeine + nicotine right before work.
Cold shower has made a mega difference in quality work done tbh.
My theory is that that's because once you leave the cold shower you've already conquered something 99.99% of the world will never do.
It makes you feel powerful and if you compare work that needs to be done to a cold shower it's absolutely nothing in comparison.
Wow, that’s intense! Conquering a cold shower first thing definitely gives a serious mental edge. Love the focus boost from cutting distractions. Thanks for sharing!
A pack of marlboro and coffee
Classic combo! Sometimes simplicity is all you need to get in the zone
I block distractions first, then batch similar tasks together. Pomodoro style with short breaks helps me actually finish stuff instead of hopping around like a hyper squirrel on coffee.
Love that approach! Blocking distractions and batching tasks really works, and Pomodoro with breaks keeps the momentum going. The ‘hyper squirrel on coffee’ image made me laugh

, totally relatable!
I set daily goals and keep to it with unwavering focus on reducing noise around me. I work better in a silent environment.
That’s a great approach! Setting daily goals and minimizing noise really helps maintain focus. Silence can be surprisingly powerful for getting into the zone. Thanks for sharing!
