How about you do some of your own research before potentially implicating and dragging along people for stuff that might end up with 3 AM police raids and years in the slammer?
Black Hat is one thing, running ops which end up with years in the slammer is another. I am really quite saturated from reckless people asking about carding and illegal operations in unencrypted chats and public forums.

Most legit suppliers are private and shared by people they trust. Public lists are mostly dead or garbage. Ask in niche IPTV groups or threads that vet suppliers and don’t take the first cheap one you see.
