Behind “bobsal.gateway…”, there is Mastercard/

The full domain is: " bobsal.gateway.mastercard.com ".
It is hosted by Mastercard (Asia/Pacific infrastructure)
So technically, the backend belongs to Mastercard, not to a company called “Bobsal”. Bobsal is not a recognizable company.

It is a technical alias, used in the Mastercard Payment Gateway, likely by a non-public high-risk payment service provider (PSP).

Justanotherpanel, apparently doesn't use it anymore, but to answer your question specifically, it's the company: big-pay.com.
I strongly advise against using their payment gateway, even though it might seem tempting at first glance for an SMM business. The feedback from people who have used it is terrible.
In their dashboard, there is a section titled “Documentation,” which contains instructions for installing their “hosted checkout” under the “Implementation” topic.
Here is a screenshot confirming that this is indeed that company:

What is there payout schedule and minimum required?

From what I have researched about it, Its the payment gateway of bank of beirut.
https://www.bankofbeirut.com/

not 100% sure but worth a try

The guy who runs the site: big-pay.com is Lebanese, so it's reasonable to assume that the Central Bank of Lebanon is behind it.

Back then, the guy told me it was weekly (every wednesday afternoon).
I didn't see any minimum requirements. You just need to apply and wait for confirmation. But once again, I'll say it: don't be tempted by that “payment gateway.” Customer support responds whenever they feel like it (which is about once every 2 to 3 weeks).
Website not recommended

I've been trying to get a response from them over a month now, they originally had giving me access last year (around this time) but I didn't use it but now trying to use it and it just doesn't work.

Also do you know which company can help with accepting payments? I was using AirWallex just over a year and recently got terminated, even with 0 chargebacks and 0 risk payments.

Last time I checked it was weekly, usually Wednesday afternoon, and I never saw a fixed minimum. But that was a while back, so i’d still double check with them before depending on it... their support can take ages.

bobsal.gateaway payment is basically white-label payment gateway which is operated by Mastercard to process credit and debit card transactions.
Your best option is to contact the platform directly and ask which payment gateway they use. Alternatively, you can inspect the checkout page for any provider branding or other publicly available information that may help identify the underlying payment processor.

I'm not sure there's any public information confirming which provider is behind that gateway. Some platforms use white-label payment solutions or custom acquiring setups, so the gateway name doesn't always identify the actual processor.

You could try checking the payment page headers, transaction details, or any merchant information shown during checkout, but in many cases it's intentionally generic. It may also be worth asking Just Another Panel directly, although they may not disclose their payment provider.
i dont think it is possible ask them directly since JAP doesn't have any type of form of support and its all automated on their site

From what I've seen, bobsal.gateway appears to be a merchant endpoint running on Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (MPGS) rather than a standalone payment gateway provider. The "bobsal" part is likely an internal merchant or routing identifier used by a PSP or acquiring bank.

If you're looking for a similar setup, your best option is to work with a payment provider that offers MPGS-based acquiring and supports your business category through their normal underwriting process.

I read your thread; what I understand is that you need a gateway for the SMM panel.... The SMM panel is high risk industry for that, a high risk gateway will work.
